“Health is Wealth”. My goal is to empower my clients through a holistic approach and provide them with tools to help themselves be independent and have control on their life. The traditional healthcare medical model prescribes medications to treat symptoms rather than helping with prevention and promoting good health. As a registered Dietitian, with my tailored approach that includes many factors like root cause analysis of the daily dietary habits, considering genetic predisposition, physiological, psychological and interdependent factors that contribute to disease, and help client achieve their goals so they can continue to enjoy life, without affecting the daily routine. With Lifestyle and behavior changes one should be able to create healthy habits and not restrictions.  I help people of diverse backgrounds improve their health while restoring their relationship with food.
